An open meeting for all members, parents/guardians of junior members, sponsors and other motivated, interested parties is being held to share the thoughts of the committee on how Meltham Cricket Club can be developed and shaped into the future.

The objectives of the meetings are:

- For the thinking regarding the future development of the club to be shared with all members
- For members to have the opportunity to ask questions and offer opinion and suggestions to support the development of the plan
- For members to make offers of support for the things they can do to support the delivery of the plan
- For all members to be part of the solution and the development of Meltham Cricket Club
